How To Use Chakra As A Weapon

Chakra Weapons are ranged weapons used exclusively by the Kunoichi via the  Chakra Weapon License. Chakra Weapons are second to Wands in terms of magical assail but have the benefit of attacking from range as well as beingness faster than wands in terms of assault speed.
